The staff is friendly and respectful. Clean and comfortable rooms. Good location in the heart of the town. Well connected by public transport. Good potential for a budget hotel. Surrounded by shops and restaurants. Great Veg. restaurant on upper floor. Manager and staff are really good.
For us, it was ideal.

The hotel is in a great location close to public amenities and the metro station. Rates are reasonable for the area, and the room was kept clean and well-maintained. Complimentary Wi-Fi was a plus for staying connected during our city trip.
We had issues with communication and customer service. Late checkout was initially approved but later denied, and the manager was unresponsive to our needs.

We loved the central location just a walking distance from the metro station and rooftop restaurant. It was easy to get transportation to explore this city. The hotel facilities were clean and staff members were incredibly friendly.

The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station, and there are plenty of local eateries nearby. the rooftop restaurant offers a nice view of the area. the staff was polite and the room was clean, with functioning air conditioning.
There was a bad smell in the bathroom that persisted throughout the stay.
